Coaches of the Southern Section- The National Federation of High Schools would like your opinions on some soccer rules, current and purposed, for future years.
One of these rule suggestions is coming from the Southern Section and the Soccer Advisory Committee and agreed with by this association. --(Since the "all white" uniform rule has been installed and is being inforced) The rule change suggested is asking that the Home team be the team wearing its school colors, thus making it more of a school pride performance at home and following with most other sports.
There are approximately 19-20 quick questions and it allows our national governing body to get a more clear view of the majority preferences.
This needs to be completed by December 5, 2014.
